Well February 1st, 2005 I started my new job and hopped on the shipping scale and realized that I weighed 450 and flipped out. I started dieting immediately. Well since then I have lost about 75lbs and am still going, I watch what I eat and drink nothing but water and lots of it. I ride my bike at least 3 times a week walk 4-5 times a week (2 miles) go to the gym and am just generally more active than before. I feel 100% better and love it. My goal is about 250 and to be in great shape. I will keep pics posted.
