Down 35lbs. in 26 days. Been back on the bike once. Going again tomorrow. Going to the gym almost every day. I will try and update more frequently.

Chicken and broccoli, rice, shrimp, & noodles.
One egg, fruit, potatoes.
Medium Philly from Larry’s.
Half a Philly from Laspadas and half of a Italian sub.
I had a Turkey and Cheese Pita for Breakfast this morning.
For Lunch I had a 6″ Salsarita Turkey and cheese sub from Publix.
For dinner I had 2 small lobster tails, steamed veggies, and side salad from Outback.
1 mile 20 minutes on treadmill.
3 miles 15 minutes on stationary bike.
Light weight training for 15 minutes.
